Grisha Gautam

Co-Founder

Grisha founded The Blindspot Magazine to build a space for stories that go unheard. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of her school newspaper, The Global Times, and is the author of Stones in My Pocket and co-author of Sparsh. She also founded the youth non-profit Dhadkan, sits on the Board of Directors of Project Kitab, and serves as Tournament Director for The Kitab Cup, bringing the same drive for storytelling and community impact to everything she builds.

Alvina Parvez

Co-Founder

Alvina co-founded The Blindspot Magazine with a passion for amplifying stories that live in the margins. She is the author of the novel A Fistful of Sand, an active voice in Model United Nations, and a contributor to her school newspaper, The Global Times, bringing a sharp editorial eye and a deep commitment to inclusive storytelling to the magazine she helped build.
